Qualifications
To vote in an election, you must be 18 years of age on or before the date of the election, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Middlesex County at least 30 days prior to the election and be registered to vote.

Register to Vote
Complete the Voter Registration Form. This form can also be used for Change of address, Name Change, or Party Change. Complete the form, sign it, and send or bring it to the Middlesex County Board of Elections or the Borough Clerk’s office. The deadline to register is twenty-one (21) days before an election. You can also register to vote online.

Early Voting
Early Voting allows all registered voters living in Middlesex County to cast their ballot in-person, using a voting machine prior to Election Day. In-person early voting locations will be open Saturday, October 26 through Sunday, November 3, for the 2024 General Election. Hours will be Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. No appointment is necessary. Nearby Early Voting locations include:
