The Zoning Department is responsible for administering and enforcing Zoning Ordinances under Chapter 110 - Land Development of the Borough Code Book.

This includes all Zoning Permit Applications and all applications submitted to the Borough’s Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. The Department is also responsible for investigating violations and enforcing the Land Use code.
