CABLE TELEVISION ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Metuchen Cable Television Advisory Committee was organized in 1983 and has 11 authorized members, including one representative each from the Borough's governing body, school district, and public library. Committee functions include monitoring operations of the local cable access channel and cable TV provider(s) and advising the Mayor and Borough Council on video and telecommunications industry developments. The Committee is also responsible for franchise negotiations with Metuchen's cable TV provider(s). 

The Committee meets the 4th Thursday of each month at Borough Hall.  Residents are advised to send a copy of all correspondence regarding Metuchen's cable TV provider(s) to the Committee at Borough Hall, PO Box 592.
