The Planning Board will discuss the process to prepare a Downtown Design and Circulation Plan and Design Guidelines for the New Street corridor between Pearl Street and Lake Avenue within the D-1 District.  This process will be funded by a Smart Future grant from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
